Al usar este sitio o contratar servicios con Infinitynet Services Corp aceptas estos términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses el sitio.
Servicios
Ofrecemos desarrollo web, automatizaciones, IA, CRM, apps e integraciones. El alcance, precio y plazos de cada trabajo se definen en una propuesta o acuerdo por escrito, que prevalece sobre estos términos en caso de conflicto.
Pagos
Los precios, forma y fechas de pago constan en la propuesta o factura. El atraso en el pago puede suspender el servicio hasta regularizarlo. Salvo que el acuerdo diga otra cosa, los pagos realizados no son reembolsables por trabajo ya entregado.
Propiedad intelectual
El contenido del sitio (marca, textos, diseño, código) es de Infinitynet o de sus licenciantes. Lo entregado a un cliente se rige por lo que diga su acuerdo; las herramientas, componentes y software propios de Infinitynet siguen siendo nuestros salvo cesión expresa.
Uso aceptable
No puedes usar el sitio o los servicios para fines ilegales, para enviar spam o mensajes sin consentimiento, ni para intentar vulnerar su seguridad.
Garantías y límite de responsabilidad
El sitio y los servicios se ofrecen "tal cual", sin garantías de disponibilidad ininterrumpida. En la medida que la ley lo permita, nuestra responsabilidad total se limita al monto pagado por el servicio que originó el reclamo, y no respondemos por daños indirectos o lucro cesante.
Terceros
Algunos servicios dependen de terceros (WhatsApp, Google, procesadores de pago, proveedores de IA). Sus propios términos aplican y no controlamos sus cambios o caídas.
Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Florida, EE. UU. Las disputas se resolverán en los tribunales competentes de Florida.

Services
We offer web development, automation, AI, CRM, apps and integrations. The scope, price and timeline of each job are set in a written proposal or agreement, which prevails over these terms in case of conflict.
Payments
Prices, payment method and dates are stated in the proposal or invoice. Late payment may suspend the service until settled. Unless the agreement says otherwise, payments made are non-refundable for work already delivered.
Intellectual property
Site content (brand, text, design, code) belongs to Infinitynet or its licensors. What is delivered to a client is governed by that client's agreement; Infinitynet's own tools, components and software remain ours unless expressly assigned.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site or services for unlawful purposes, to send spam or messages without consent, or to attempt to breach their security.
Warranties and liability cap
The site and services are provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
Third parties
Some services depend on third parties (WhatsApp, Google, payment processors, AI providers). Their own terms apply and we do not control their changes or outages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Florida.
